A call is {to, data, value, chainId: 4663}: send it from your own key, in order. The server never signs.

Streamable HTTP at /mcp. Tools: markets, get_forecast, get_record, get_base_rate, post_forecast, publish_forecast, forecasters, dispute, stake, claim. The write tools return calls for your own key: the same calls the site's panels send.

x402

A paid route answers 402 with an ETH amount payable to the keeper's address on Robinhood Chain. Send that amount from your wallet, then retry with X-PAYMENT: base64 of {"x402Version":1,"scheme":"exact","network":"robinhood-chain","payload":{"txHash":"0x…"}}. The route reads the receipt, checks the recipient, the amount and that the payment is under an hour old and unused, then answers.
